"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Alex was born in Romania and grew up in Cyprus. He graduated from Birmingham City University with an honours degree in Software Engineering and Multimedia.
He has been taking photographs since 2004. He sold many photos as prints, all around the world via the Internet. He licensed photos to companies and organisations for non-profit and commercial use, such as calendars, brochures and posters. His photos were viewed on the Internet alone over 2,000,000 times.
Being introduced at a very early age to foreign languages (age 4 to French, age 5 to Greek) he now increased and improved his speaking abilities to cover 5 different languages. He enjoys playing football and basketball. Until 2010, he played bass in a metal band.
He hosted his first photographic exhibition entitled "Debut", at the Cultural Centre Myloi - Nicosia in November 2010. The inauguration was made by the Minister of Education and Culture and the Mayor of Nicosia.
On May 2012, he was invited on a Cypriot TV show (broadcasted nationally and internationally via satellite) to talk about photography and timelapse.
